3. AI and Transcription Processing

Uploaded recordings and related content may be processed by third-party providers to generate transcripts and AI-assisted outputs.

These providers may include:

• OpenAI
• Deepgram

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party infrastructure and hosting providers to operate Segno, including:

• Supabase
• Vercel

These providers may process personal data on our behalf for hosting, storage, authentication, and infrastructure purposes.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded recordings and associated content are stored until deleted by the user.

Deleted content may remain in secure backups or logs for a limited period before permanent deletion.

We may retain limited technical or legal records where required for security, compliance, or operational purposes.
